Her hyper-focused growth, retention and service strategies are based on the principle that every member interaction represents a revenue opportunity for the client. She drives new membership and persistency to the next level by delivering the best, most consistent experience for healthcare consumers. She develops and mentors exceptional agent and management teams who emulate her drive and sense of urgency to exceed clients' KPIs.
Earlier, she was Vice President of Business Development for Convergys Corporation, where she developed customer service solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
